Mercy Odima is the CEO and Founder of Mertosh, a professional services firm built from the ground up in Kenya. What began as a bold vision to raise hygiene standards in the region has grown into a trusted brand serving households, hotels, restaurants, schools, and businesses across Western & Nyanza Regions.

Armed with an MBA in Marketing, CIM professional credentials, and a degree in Strategic Management, Mercy brings both academic rigor and real-world grit to every aspect of the business, from frontline service delivery to boardroom contract negotiations.

Sharon Onea

Sharon Onea is the Managing Director of Mertosh, bringing a sharp blend of business acumen and technology-driven thinking to the company's day-to-day leadership. Holding a degree in Business Information Technology, Sharon bridges the gap between operational excellence and smart systems, ensuring Mertosh runs efficiently, scales sustainably, and delivers consistently high service standards to every client.

As Managing Director, Sharon oversees internal operations, staff management, client relationship management, and the integration of technology-driven processes that keep the business agile and competitive in a fast-growing market. Evans Agaya is the Lead Fumigation Technician at Mertosh, the man on the ground who ensures every fumigation job is executed safely, thoroughly, and to the highest professional standard. With hands-on expertise across a wide range of pest control and fumigation services, Evans is the backbone of Mertosh's technical operations.

Trained in chemical safety, pest biology, and industry-compliant fumigation methods, Evans brings precision and professionalism to every assignment, whether treating a family home, a busy restaurant, a hotel, a school, or a large commercial facility.
